Terms of Service
By comissioning me, you understand and accept that all commissioned works [Progress sketches and completed illustrations] are for personal use only. Not to be printed and resold, sold as an NFT, or used to train AI art programs. For use in a commercial illustrative capacity, i.e. as a book or comic illustrator, we will enter into a legally binding contract, which will be further discussed if we are a compatible fit for a work team.
Prices are subject to change based on request complexity. Full price must be paid upfront, and there will be no refunds. You are allowed up to 2 free changes once the lineart is complete, after that, there will be a fee, between $5-20, per change, depending on what stage the art is at the time of request.
I reserve the right to refuse any request(s) deemed inappropriate, that make me uncomfortable or that I feel I cannot depict adequately.
